I have been teaching for 11 years and have had the joy of working with students from Kindergarten to Grade 8. I have spent most of my teaching in the middle years (6-8) grade levels. I have been a Vice-Principal for 4 years and during that time I have had the opportunity to work in two different schools. Next year I will be moving as a VP to my third school. Throughout my VP experiences I have been a classroom teacher and Learning Resource Teacher. Next year I will add Teacher Librarian to that list.
I am a mother of two beautiful girls (7 and 10 years) and my husband and I are expecting our third child (a boy!!) in November. Life in our household is quite busy and even more so due to the fact that our 7 year old has significant global disabilities. Although there are days that can be quite difficult, I must say that nobody on this planet has taught me more than her!
